
Ingredients for 4 people:
4 for a pie crust
2 fresh peppers
1 sprig marjoram
3 branches fresh thyme
3 small onions
1 leek
300gr cheese
80ml cherry liqueur
10 eggs
A cream
350 ml yogurt
1-2 teaspoons of powder paprika
2 1 / 2 teaspoon nutmeg
Method of preparation:
Pour boiling water over dried mushrooms, soak them and drained, pour and preserve the remaining liquid. Reduce heat and let liquid to Krk. Cut to length and put in cream and cherry juice to. Chop remaining mushrooms and mix well with seasonings. Sprinkle equal amounts of mixture over each crust. After mixture with mushrooms Sprinkle equal amount cheese. Make a foam egg, mix it with yogurt, sour cream, pepper, nutmeg, with liquid sauce of mushrooms and a pinch of sherry. Carefully pour the resulting mixture over the cheese (or in the middle crust).
Bake 15 minutes at 200 C
