Fritule Zucchini



15 DG 10 DG zucchini flour 1 egg 1 dl white wine 2 dl oil for frying salt 3 dg grated cheese
Flour, egg yolk, wine, cheese, salt and finely grated zucchini mix well, then gently mix in beaten egg whites. Spoon to take small balls of dough and fry them in hot oil. Gently turn them to bake evenly.
