
For 4 persons:
- 60 dg potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 15 dg cooked tuna
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Potatoes cooked in the shell. When cooked, peel it and slice into rings. Potatoes add finely chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of warm water and oil. Tuna hand over a special bowl, mash with a fork, then turn over the bowl with potatoes. Mix well mustard, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture Tuna salad with potatoes, stir and serve.
