
For 4 persons:
- 1 kg of different fish
- 15 dg rice
- 1 / 2 dl olive oil
- 20 dg carrots
- 1 celery root
- 2 parsley roots
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- Peppercorns
- Salt
Preparation:
The pot agree cleaned fish, root vegetables, garlic, fried onion, bay leaf and peppercorns. Pour water and put to cook. When boiling, reduce heat, add olive oil and cook for half an hour on low heat. When the fish starts separating from the bone, remove from heat, strain the soup, and fish out and clean the bones. Strained soup back to the fire, salt to taste, add rice and cook for about ten minutes. In the bowl of soup agree pieces of fish and root vegetables, pour soup and serve.
