Octopus salad




- 1 kg octopus
- 50 dg potatoes
- 1 head garlic
- 2 dl olive oil
- Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Drop an octopus beat, clean and wash, then cook about 45 minutes. Meanwhile cook the potatoes in the shell and peel and cut into cubes. Boiled octopus, cut into pieces, add potatoes, finely chopped garlic, oil, salt and pepper. Stir well and serve warm or cold.
