Shrimp broth




- 1 kg of shrimp
- 0,2 l of olive oil
- 1 clove garlic,
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 0.2 l white wine
- 0.2 l water, salt, pepper

Preparation:

In olive oil until half cook the brisket cut onions. Add tomato sauce, chopped parsley, garlic, bread crumbs, and pour water zčèine. Cook covered for a while to soften onions and rest. The so-prepared and tasty sauce add shrimp, cover pan and cook gently. Pour wine. Broth should be medium thick, reddish color. It is preferable to use dry red wine vineyards of the Dalmatian should be served with food.
