Anchovies in Lemon Dressing




- 10 large anchovy
- Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
- Olive oil
- Capers
- A little water

Preparation:

Clean the anchovies ie remove their heads and viscera, and arrange them in a small bowl and cover with sauce of lemon and a little
water so as to be covered in 24 hours. Then remove them from overflowing and remove them from the bones and serve with
olive oil and a few capers.
