How to exercise during the hottest days

If you have this summer determined to be more physically active and fully take advantage of good weather for various sports activities, take care not to exaggerate. Excessive exposure to high temperatures can completely deplete your body and cause even heat stroke, so that you learn the dangers lurk and how to successfully avoid.
 -
Cramps usually occur after strenuous exercise or any outdoor activity, and symptoms include severe pain and cramps in the legs and abdomen, dizziness, weakness and excessive sweating.
Exhaustion occurs when a person is a long time exposed to high temperatures. The body sometimes can not cope with the heat and the cooling mechanism (sweating) canceled. Symptoms of exhaustion due to high temperatures include nausea, dizziness, weakness, headache, pale skin, slow heart rate and disorientation.
-Heatstroke Unlike the cases of exhaustion, heat stroke can occur suddenly and almost completely without any warning. When you cancel the bodily system for cooling, body temperature is rising rapidly. Heatstroke is not at all harmless and can be fatal. Extremely high body temperature, hot and dry skin, stop sweating, rapid heart rate, confusion and possible loss of consciousness are clear signs of this dangerous situation.
How to avoid them :

* If you feel thirsty, be aware that you probably already somewhat dehydrated.

* Avoid intense exercise during the hottest time of day when the sun burns relentlessly. Always exercise at about the time of sunrise and sunset.

* Wear light and loose clothing in order to smooth evaporation of sweat.

* Always use a tool to protect against the sun's rays to your skin should not burned.
   * Protect your head with hat or cap.

* Drink more fluids regularly.

* If you feel that your training does not go, stop and try to cool down a bit and relax.

* In no case prior to exercise may not consume alcohol or other beverages with caffeine, because it will accelerate dehydration.

* And finally, remember that it is much easier to prevent this disease, which causes heat, but to treat symptoms when they already appear.
