Fish fillets with orange sauce


FISH FILLETS WITH ORANGE SAUCE- Fish fillets are broiled with an orange and wine sauce.
Ingredients:

* 1 1/2 pounds fish fillets
* 2 tablespoons orange juice
* 2 tablespoons dry white wine
* 2 tablespoons melted butter
* salt and pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest

Preparation:
Spray rack of broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on rack in broiler pan. Blend orange juice and wine with melted butter; pour half over the fish fillets. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and orange zest. Broil 4 inches from heat for 2 minutes; pour remaining sauce over fish and continue broiling until fish is done.
