3 dl white wine
2 moderate head ports
1 / 2 dl vinegar
1 / 2 kg tomatoes

Clean and wash the fish first. Larger fish, cut in suitable pieces. Onions and tomatoes cut into thin slices. The earthen pot place onions, fish and tomatoes.
